Portishead
And now, the real reason we even even made the trek up to norcal..! VV was so excited when he found out that Portishead was headlining their first tour in 13 years since he didn't get into them until after they stopped touring on their own. There was a show in LA but there was no seating at the venue and we prefer to sit :) We'd been wanting to take a trip up north anyway so this was a perfect excuse! The show was at the Berkeley Greek. I kind of mislead us on the walk from our hotel to the Greek but we still got there really early. There was already a line when we got there but it was relatively short so we were able to find a decent spot to sit when we were finally allowed inside. My pictures are crappy because it was point-and-shoot only and I hadn't received my s100 yet so I had to use my beat-up sd800 (doesn't always focus correctly) that I'm not really used to using anymore. Ahem. Excuses excuses.
