Okay I'm back in my ghettolicious hometown and it feels kinda good. I mean, it's nice to know the streets and all. That's what I was thinking while I was driving yesterday. I drove to our ghetto mall to go to the bookstore and then I drove to Office Depot to get post-its and pushpins. On the way over I drove past my high school *sigh*

Is it just me or have the salespeople in the MTC Gap gotten a whole heckuva lot friendlier? I must have been stopped by just about all of the salespeople in the store, all of them wearing huge smiles and asking if I was doing okay and telling me "My name is *insert name here* so just ask me if you need any help." In fact, on my way out, one salesgirl asked me if I had seen Zoolander. Just, completely out of the blue. So, with a bewildered smile, I said "No" so she said "Oh, okay." and smiled. I turned around and made my way out. Have these people started working on commission or something? Or have they just been getting Disneyland-style training (i.e. brainwashing) that makes them perpetually peppy and perky (there's some alliteration for ya)?

Well, other than my quick detour into the Second Most Happiest Place on Earth I just went to Waldenbooks to get some books. I got the Color Purple by Alice Walker. It was required reading my junior year and I really liked it. I also got Candide by Voltaire and The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. Candide was reccomended to me my sophomore year by Anty C and I never got around to reading it. I tried reading The Fountainhead in eighth grade when a friend of mine told me about it but I was bored to tears. Sar and Oishirichan (at least I think it was Oishirichan forgive me if I remember wrong...) renewed my interest in the book so I'm going to give it another shot.

I actually meant to publish this much earlier but blogger was having problems. Yay.

I never really took the time to really go through your new layout, so i just decided to take a look tonite (yah i kno this post is late... i had a cup of boba...that should be a good enough reason =D ). i just have one question.... can you teach me to say "you like porn a lot" in japanese?!?!?! LOL! seriously... =) 99!

(link) Damy | 0 comments | 4:01 AM

You kno... i've noticed there hasn't been very many muslim or islamic students around school. I saw them everywhere last quarter and during the summer, but now it's like they never went to UCI. But i did see a Muslim club booth today on ring road. But that was seriously it.

So the ARC's pool was salty huh? hahah.... guess you'll be having salty dreams tonite for sure!!! LOL! =)

(link) Damy | 0 comments | 11:22 PM

The whole WTC deal has brought about so many hate crimes =\ Hate crimes against all foreigners. Or maybe we're just taking note of them now. I don't know. Min Jung has a list of them.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 4:02 PM

The roomie is sleeping. I'm going to say hi to some people now.

Hello to Oishiri, Leah, and Piyo because they're far, far away. "Hella" far, norcal style =P

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 3:14 PM

Wow, DAMON has made an appearance... HELLO!

(link) Anonymous | 0 comments | 12:25 PM

Lick me I'm salty We heard that the ARC (the recreation center @ school) used salt instead of chlorine but Apes and I were a little skeptical. So anyway, we actually got up and left the dorm at nine thirty so she could run and I could swim. The temperature of the pool was perfect, and it wasn't crowded at all. The water, however, was really salty. I mean reaaally salty. Now I'm really salty. I'm waiting for one of the showers to open up now.

I have one class today, anthro lecture at 12:30. Bio was cancelled because apparently, today is a Jewish holiday and the teacher is Jewish, I guess.

Well, Ape is back from her shower which means I can go shower soon. Woohoooo.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:49 AM

Aww...you left w/o saying bye... =( oh well.. i'll say it then...99!!! but then again by the time you're reading this... it's morning, so.. GOOD MORNING!!

(link) Damy | 0 comments | 1:49 AM

You know what's funny about your last post... that you say "Cingular was being crappy last night." Most of the people I know who use Cingular tell me that it's definitely crappy ALL the time.

(link) Anonymous | 0 comments | 12:45 PM

Did I mention that I got to talk to Leah last night? Because Cingular was being crappy last night, the call was all broken. Kept getting disconnected. But still, it's all good! He gets his computer on the first so maybe we'll see some updates then....=D

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:59 AM

I got back from my eight o clock class an hour ago and I'm free for the rest of today. I think I need to do/get ahead on my homework for this week. It doesn't even quite feel like school has started yet.

So I did meet Damy yesterday after my bio lecture. He took me and Apes to Islands for dinner! Woohoo....no commons food for us!

Oh dear...time for me to do homework. Ack. Allegory of the cave fo life.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:18 AM

*GAH* this hall is empty right now. I don't have that much time before my next two classes (anthro and bio lectures WOOHOO) and I have to get a book, so there's no point in doing anything/going anywhere as of now. I think I'm going to leave at like, twelve or something. Maybe earlier. And then after my bio lecture gets out at 3:20 I'm going to go meet Damy over at Rowland Hall so stalkers can stalk me there if you like. Haha....right....I should have gone to get my book earlier =\ I'm going to have to check in my bookbag now. Darn. I think I'll just leave now. Better early than late. Better late than never. Better blah blah blah.....

I'm so inarticulate sometimes (all the time)

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:47 AM

I think I'm going to like my University Studies discussion class. It kind of reminds me of the PSAT class I taught over the summer, except I'm not teaching this one =P It's really weird. There's this guy in my class that I haven't seen in ages. Well, I saw him briefly a few months ago but that's about it. I've known him since like, elementary school and he kind of disappeared a few years ago. He went to my church. Then lo and behold he shows up in my class. I thought he looked familiar so I scanned the sign in sheet for a familiar name and then it was like whoa, it's K! He remembered me too, amazingly. Small world, ne?

It's kind of hot in here. This dorm room is stuffy.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:26 AM

Okay a day with classes. That would be today. Ack.

I did wind up going to South Coast Plaza after my last class. The roomie, another suitemate and I went and came back at about six or something. Or seven. We went to dinner at the commons. Apes tried the wrap. UCI people: do not try it. According to her, they're nasty like what. Stick with the chicken. That's what C and I did.

I'm so tired. I don't have to get up until nine tomorrow morning thank goodness for that. Unfortunately, I don't know what classroom my discussion is in tomorrow. Great. I guess I'll have to leave a little early in order to find it. It's nearby though, whatever.

Dang my blogs have been boring. I've just been so dang tired and stuff lately. I'll try and find something interesting to say. Just not now.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 1:37 AM

By the way...the all your base are belong to us thing. It's hosted by tittyscan.com which is something I hesitate to even question.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:04 PM

Hello. I'm here. I'm probably going to leave to go to class and the student center in twenty minutes or so. In the meantime, I think I'll sit here and be anti-social. Tonight, maybe, I'll go and sit in the living room of my hall and chat. Haha...I'm such a hermit.

Leah called last night. He left his cell number, so I think I'll call him up later today. Like after nine, when calls are free. Haha.

All in all, I have very little to say. I had writing today. The professor went on and on about the allegory of the Cave. You remember, being bound by convention and all? I learned about the allegory last year during our crash-course in philosophy. I did a blog about it here on the 20th. Sort of.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:01 PM

OH NO KELLY TALKED TO IRV. LOL. You don't understand the "all your base are belong to us" joke? Okay. And thinking about what makes you mad?

(link) Anonymous | 0 comments | 8:43 AM

THERE IS SOMEONE PLAYING THE GUITAR DOWN THE HALL SOMEWHERE which would all be well and good (good and well?) but I really want to go to bed early today. Eight o clock class tomorrow. Somebody shoot me. The roomie isn't back yet. I guess I'll leave her a note telling her I went to bed early. Ha.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:45 AM

The Inspector Dependable. Trustworthy. Practical. Down to earth. Does this sound familiar? You probably don't care for the fancy stuff and the high-wire lifestyle, either. Yes, you are BORING. Ok, that's a bit harsh, but you're a quiet person, and other people don't always see the whole you. There's nothing wrong with that -- who cares what they think? There are more important things in the world anyway.

In group situations, you are often the most important cog. After all, it's your job to make sure that everything gets done right. Sometimes, this means its your job to do it all yourself, but that's another story. You make sure things run smoothly and without you, things would probably go very, very wrong.

Your attention to details is something often lacking in today's fast-paced world. Remembering birthdays and anniversaries comes easily to you, and the the little things make all the difference. In your family life, you will make an excellent husband or wife, father or mother. Your practical side ensures that the little things are taken care of, and that the house and home is maintained both physically and emotionally.

Hahah....they called me boring. If you want to take the test go here.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 1:14 AM

A practice in bad grammar: All Your Base Are Belong To Us

Umm...I don't understand the domain of this thing...=\

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 9:02 PM

I was pretty mellowed out this afternoon, but AGH every time I think about it it gets me mad all over again.

What's wrong with me?

Did I mention I actually talked to Irv yesterday? Like, in person? For like, the first time? I got to see his car too, heh.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 7:27 PM

Oishiri left today. I wanted to see her but when I got back I just kinda lay in bed...staring...Needless to say the lack of sleep was starting to catch up on me. I wish her the best of luck up at Davis.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 3:48 PM

This is from Sar's journal quite a while back....I read it over again today, and it made me think.

When it comes to honesty and trust, I think it's difficult to get those things back. Once broken, never quite the same. In any relationship, friendship, marriage, or otherwise.

Scam and Ape know I was angry. What I don't think they know is that I've been literally seething for days now. I mean, what can you do when not one but all of the "characteristics" have been broken? I've been wanting to give him a piece of my mind but so much time has passed that I don't even know if it's worth it. I don't even know whether my feelings are justifiable. All I really know is that...I really messed up.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 3:08 PM

=\...I don't think I'm happy.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:54 PM

LOL. LOL!!!!!!!!!!! Kel you really are too hard on yourself.

Got back at 4am huh? The college experience begins...

(link) Anonymous | 0 comments | 8:01 AM

Haha...I'm really square. I don't do anything. No illegal substances, never ditched class, I return money when the cashier gives me too much change.

I'm so square my corners draw blood

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 3:29 PM

Hello I'm back. I've been in this complete bubble this entire time. No television....you won't believe how much of a difference that makes. I don't really miss television, but I'm missing out on a lot of news. Drat. Well, I'll be back. I have my first class tomorrow at eight in the morning *ouch*. Now I have to figure out where all of my classes are. Bwah.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 3:25 PM

Somehow Mariah took on the 'skank' look. Personally I don't think it works very well on her.

(link) Anonymous | 0 comments | 8:49 AM

Is it just me or do the billboards for Mariah Carey's movie Glitter look like ads for "Gentlemen's Clubs"?

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 2:21 PM

Wow this is so nice...my bed is right next to my desk. I can lean on it when I get tired. I'm such a lazy bum.

Today was book-buying day. Oh LORD are those things expensive. I swear mon...you gotts ta have some dollas dollas. I bought about half my books used, too. But still....

The roomie has a boyfriend. His name is UJ. Or maybe not, but that's what I'm going to call him. So now if you read something about UJ you'll know what I'm talking about. Anyway, the roomie's sleeping so I'm trying to keep it down a little.

Everything has been "new" and "exciting" but at the same time, mundane. I mean, there has been nothing interesting to write about.

Or not. Yesterday I saw our student council walk out onto a makeshift stage wearing nothing but underwear and shaving cream. I saw some people eating pork uteri (uterii? uteruses?) and live crickets and running up a hill half naked and licking whipped cream off of eachother. Thats interesting, no?

Note to Irv: I wasn't being mean =( I just wanted everyone to appreciate your presence.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 2:14 PM

Gees Kel, we don't need to be so mean about my appearance... *sniff*

(link) Anonymous | 0 comments | 9:40 AM

W called me and Ape net junkies. Yeah...true. It's not like we're anti-social or anything, we just like our ethernet =P

Looks like Irv has made a cameo appearance. Savor the moment, it's a rare occurance.

It gets pretty cold here in Irvine. There was supposed to be an outdoor movie today, but Apes and I got cold and came back to the dorm. It's fairly empty. I'm tired from being up so late last night. Aghs...I don't think I'll be doing that very often =\ I can't remember what I wanted to say in this post. Blah.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:29 PM

So, Kelly the coldhearted one had moved on by 1:34AM the next day huh? tsk tsk. Oh, I bet you're surprised to see me posting here. Just wanted to drop by and wish you luck in your new college endeavors. And to tell you to be careful when you're out partying. And to make mention of the new post on my page(*GASP*). Ok i'm done, bye.

(link) Anonymous | 0 comments | 11:00 AM

I'm on Ape's computer right now. Yuck. PC. Anyhow, turns out the Ethernet cable we had wasn't an Ethernet cable. So I'm going to go buy one tomorrow and I hope I'll be on my own computer by tomorrow. I moved in today, and I'm freakin exhausted. Scam was here when I got here, just kicking it w/ Apes, then Apes left for a concert. I have a single room for a while.

I have a picture of Sunflower Girl's brother on my wall. You must think I'm retarded and crazy, but that picture just made me laugh when I looked at it. So now it's on my wall. Hahaha. Maybe I'll scan it and post it. Heheh...

I think I'll stop here...I don't have too much to say. Oh yeah, if I forgot to send you my phone # and address then just email me. If you are someone who I should have sent my info to, you should have my primary address =) Or at least my sn. Contact me.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAR

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:00 PM

Hello.

Short blog today. I'm feeling quite exhausted. Went through the first half of the moving process. The dorm is okay. I'm back at home now, and I'm tired. Longer blog tomorrow (make that later today) provided I can get my computer hooked up.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:59 AM

So yes, I was busy getting on with my life these past two days. I was at the mall yesterday and I walked by many many stores. Well, yeah, I was at a mall after all. So, I passed a lot of stores with mannequins. Some of them are just scary. The ones I saw at Wet Seal were just skinny beyond belief. The ones in the window of Charlotte Russe...were just scary. Especially the asian one. The asian one was the same as the others, except the hair was jet black and her slit-eyes were staring me down at perfect forty-five degree angles. Good lord I've never seen eyes quite so slanted. And the lashes were (I swear) an inch long and very densely packed. Yech. I thought mannequins were supposed ot look good.

Today was the first time I saw the names of the people who died in the planes used for the terrorist attacks. The news stations kept a bar at the bottom where names of Southern California victims would show up. All from nearby cities. I didn't know any of them, but I wonder if someone I do know does.

Oh yeah, I start the move in process tomorrow. Bwah.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:34 AM

Hmm...check this out. Rediff.com made mention of my blog. Check it out here. Scroll down to the bottom. I am dammit, for those who don't know. I just find it odd that someone actually stumbled upon my site. I also find it odd that the writer, Lindsay Pereria, had said that my blog was from the twefth. I'm guessing she adjusted the time zone. Three hours ahead on the east coast. Right.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:29 PM

I've been contemplating being a blood donor. Unfortunately, I don't quite make the weight requirement. Do they take, say, half-pints? I'm a universal donor. O positive. I hate needles =\

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 6:10 PM

I've gotten so sick of the same images being thrown at me over and over again. It's hard to escape. The news is all over the radio, television, and internet. Miraculously, there was a non-terrorist television show on tonight, so I watched that. Refreshing, no? Don't think I'm unconcerned, because I am. It's just that I haven't heard anything new despite the fact that I've been listening/watching/reading news on the terrorist attacks almost non-stop since yesterday.

Kat called me today. She flew back from Canada the day before the attack.

There were a lot planes flying overhead last night. I could hear them. I could tell they were flying low because it was louder than normal, and it took forever for the planes to pass over.

I suppose Leah has a point. We may feel bad about it, but there's only so much we can do. There's stuff we have to do despite the chaos. He's shopping for school, and I need to do the same. These last couple of days, I've kind of forgotten that my life is moving on at the same pace it had been prior to the attack. So I carry on as normal because it's necessary. I went to work and "washed" the car today. Tomorrow and Friday will be spent shopping and packing. I will stay tuned in to the news, but I won't make it the center of my life. Lets face it, the chances of another attack coming aren't that huge. National security is at its height right now, and I would say that we're relatively safe.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:34 PM

There was a plane with goddamn children on it. Children going on a field trip. That's just sick.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:04 AM

Know what I find interesting? This months Cosmo had a thing called "How to Survive a Terrorist Attack" or something along those lines.

Yeah yeah yeah I've developed an affinity for Cosmo. You can thank Scam for that.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:40 PM

So anyway, it's the end of the day and the news stations are still going strong.

It's Scam's birthday today. Happy Birthday Scam. It's Ms. Bringards birthday today too.

I went to the bank today. There was a television set up in there. There were a few people standing and sitting around. Most of the radio stations were covering the attack. It was getting a little repetitive, so I listened to the classical station, which was still playing music. Patriotic music. My brother came home from school today. His school is on a Cal State campus, and all the CSU's were closed. My mom came home from work early too. She works in downtown Los Angeles and hardly any kids came in to the kindergarten/daycare she works at. Something about the terrorist attacks has been on about half of the weblogs I've visited.

You know, my english teacher had told us one day that our generation was the "whatever" generation. I suppose it's true. At that time, nothing really major had happened. No major wars. Well, there was Operation Desert Storm but it had no effect on me, and I was far too young to understand the significance anyway. The WTC was bombed in 93', but that wasn't anywhere near something of this magnitude. I suppose we've all gotten lax. Because nothing has happened, everyone has expected nothing to happen...do you know what I mean? Maybe this is the wake-up call we all needed. It's too bad it took something like this to make us aware.

Cyn has some nice pictures of the Twin Towers on her page. Go look.

It's a very good thing Sar did not go to NYU. She would be a little too close for comfort.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:34 PM

Oh what...freakin....ack.

This attack has been all over the radio and television. If you want a first hand account of the attack go to Bertie's page. Apparently, she saw the attack.

You know that whole "day that will live in infamy" quote? I wonder if Bushs' "hunt down and punish" quote will be as well known as that. After all, this attack has been likened to the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I'll just bet you that the government and history classes at school (as in High School) will be spending the entire period discussing the attack.

Oh yeah, and off of Cnn.com:

Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat condemned the attack, saying he "sent his condolences and those of the Palestinian people to Bush and the American people."
Right. The Palestinian people were frolicking in the streets.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:45 AM

Zefrank.com is an incredibly entertaining site. I have a link to it on my links page...but I never really looked at it. Just the dancing part. Look at what I made.

Neat huh?

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 1:09 AM

I haven't really had a chance to sit down and visit my favorite sites in a couple of days. For me, that's an eternity. So I sat down and had a good read at all of my sites that I visit frequently (check out the links to see what I'm talking about). So anyway, what I came across was good bud Oishiri going off on a rant about her Chinese mother. I've seen a variety of complaints and such. I've seen them on LYD.com and aiyah.net, just to name a couple. I don't really get what it is about...well...yeah.

Another thing I came across was Sar's journal entry from the seventh of this month. She was talking about her love for her dorm and her lack of homesickness. And then I went to Oishiri's blog and Leah's blogs. Both of them are reluctant about taking off for school. Granted, they're both going pretty far away, but that wouldn't explain why I feel apprehensive about the whole dorming-meeting-new-people deal. It's good to get away, but I think I work best in a secure environment where I know what's going on. There's a reason why I suffer whenever I switch to a new school. The thing is, in college I can't afford to screw up and be miserable. I can't escape anything by going home. My home will be at school.

Speaking of...I haven't received my housing information yet. And I'm supposed to move in in less than a week. Cursed school.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 1:20 AM

But does Carrows have a digital camera...?

Allow me to explain the madness that went down on the seventh. Oishirichan and I were in Liquid Planet at Downtown Disney working on her blog settings and templates. When we finished I wanted to blog from DT Disney so I did. Oishiri blogged on her blog too. She wrote HERE. Haha. Anyway, if you want to know how our little excursion went last night go to Oishiri's blog or LeahcimaR's blogs. They covered it pretty well. In Oishiri's blog I'm referred to as Smelly (thanks...) and in Leah's blog I'm the "homegirl across town".

The outing was for Scam's birthday, but I'm going to give her her gift on her birthday...which would be...Tuesday. I'm into the last minute gift buying thing. It's a bad habit that I should break...but I think I work well under that kind of pressure.

If you go to Sephora look near the cash register and see if you can find some little individually wrapped candies. If you can, then by all means take some!!! Take a whole effin' handful! In fact, take two and send a bunch to me! Those things are yummy!

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:51 AM

"I want a digital camera =\ I also want some cornbread. Yummy." [9/5/2001 11:46:57 PM | Midori *]

I WANT CORNBREAD!!! Let's go to Carrows... they have pretty good cornbread =)

(link) Damy | 0 comments | 12:28 AM

Hello it's me over over at downtown disney being stupid on a computer that keeps freezing. Say hi steph.

(me with buck teeth like officer duffy from scary movie) hi.

That was steph. Hahahahahah so yeah bye!

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:05 PM

I was revisiting Engrish.com and was suddenly reminded (for whatever reason) of the time that we went out for some coffee at night and we saw that a few of the letters had gone dead in the lit up Clothestime store sign so it looked like CLOTHESTIME. I dunno...it was just on my mind.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:39 PM

I am eating something that resembles a rice krispie treat. But it's Japanese and much darker. It doesn't taste like a rice krispie treat. It's much, much harder and really sweet. It tastes a little like sembei under all that sweet. If I had a digital cam I'd take a picture, but I don't.

I want a digital camera =\ I also want some cornbread. Yummy.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:46 PM

Check out k10k's Clay Lobby (you need Quicktime for this sucka). It's just too weird for words. Interesting though...

Speaking of interesting, I've become increasingly aborbed in Winnie's writings. I think I'll have to move her up to my frequent visits list.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:50 PM

Goodness, I'm talking to a guy (incidentally one of my students from this summer) telling him where to find roly polys on campus. I'm assuming it's for biology and not for, say, lunch. Or dinner for that matter. I hope he finds them. When I went to go look for them it was spring. They ran rampant, yes they did.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:33 PM

I haven't had too much to write about lately. I've been all moody and nostalgic...woohoo. So yeah, that's why I did the diary recap of my 8th grade trip in the writing section. Three installments. This is the first. I'm so lazy.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 8:04 PM

Looking at stuff I can't afford at JCrew.com. My spending money is pretty much...erm...spent. Since I'm not working regularly I don't have a steady flow of income. Ack. I've been in a shopping mood lately (whatever that is). I want to get some lip balm from Sephora but the nearest location is not very near. No good for someone whose freeway capabilities are extremely limited (i.e. me). Just as well, I'm broker (which I don't believe is a word...well...a word that means what I want it to mean...if you know what I mean) than I have been in ages. Not good.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 10:49 PM

Jeepers Creepers is not a movie I'd reccomend to anyone. I want my money back.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:03 AM

One more plug because it makes me all nostalgic and stuffs...=D

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 12:46 PM

I think I'm going to plug the NSUCK page once more. I have much love for it.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:45 AM

We took a little trip...took a little trip....yes we did. We (me, Sar, Sunflower Girl, Leah, Scam, Apes, and Trace) took a little trip to USC to see Sar's dorm room. I'm telling you...it's HOT in there. Even with her roommates fan on and the window open. I was standing in the bathroom and tried to look in the mirror. I could see myself from the eyes up.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 1:15 AM

I was looking at the Amazon.com top twenty CDs and saw that three of Aaliyah's albums were on the list. Go figure.

If you want to search the site, the search box is on the main page bottom left. Look for your name =D Oh, and for some reason it doesn't include my links as keywords. I don't know why.

(link) Midori | 0 comments | 11:43 AM

I was just trying to think of some quality stuff to write about to fill up that big mindless empty spot on my page. You know, the one that says that I'll get something up eventually. Now, I don't have a huge following or anything. I don't have a zillion hits a day and I doubt that I have more than one or two people who come here regularly, but either way people do read this stuff. A recent incident made me realize that you could never be too careful. The most innocuous (or seemingly so) remark can really set off a whole lot of people. Goodlord.
