Shouldn't have left you without a dope beat to step to (step to. step to.)

I guess there's been a lot of work/laziness (does that even make sense) last week because I only went to the gym once and I only updated once. And it was barely an update (i.e. NO PICTURES). Time 2 fix.

On the day before I took the cake picture VV happened to look at the date and said "I'm exactly 32 and a half today!" to which I replied "It's your half-birthday! We should get a cake!" So the next day VV went to the grocery store and bought his own half birthday cake (among other things) because I'm terrible haha. Which reminds me, this coming Saturday is MY half-birthday (I'm actually more vocal about my half-birthday than my actual birthday because I'm pretty sure no one cares about my half-birthday so no one pays attention to me anyway haa)

Leanne and I went to Wine Detective (self-serve enomatic wine bar) for lunch on that Sunday to do some wine tasting and food eating. It was completely empty when we went, probably because we're the only ones who thinks that drinking copious amounts of wine at noon on a Sunday is a good idea (it totally is). We both got a set of three small open-faced sandwiches (mmm burrata) and tasted a bunch of wine. We went to a gourmet food shop afterwards (I got blueberry cookies) and then went to Crate & Barrel so she could replace some wine glasses that her family had broken.
