caffeine?
Am beginning to wonder if my sleeplessness was caused by the cup of tea that I had at around 8pm whilst at The Lost Bean with my dad's very old copy of Robert Heinlein's Stranger in a Strange Land. Perhaps? But it was (delicious peach-flavored) white tea, dammit! It's supposed to have less caffeine than green tea which is something I drink tons of (probably about 32 oz on average) at work up until 6 - 7pm! Irritating! Am currently on my third 16 oz cup of genmaicha right now. Am still very sleepy.
